**Venture Team**:
Our Venture Team **Loady** is developing a new partner platform that aims to improve relationships and efficiency in logistics. The venture is looking for a UI/UX designer to join the growing development team. You get the opportunity to become part of a high-performance startup team that works with enthusiasm and great professionalism in developing a unique, industry-wide, partner platform.
You will work in an agile team with latest technologies to build modern, scalable, and high-quality solutions for our customers. Our team has an end-to-end responsibility for the system, including system design and architecture, writing code with high standards, hosting the services in the Azure cloud, monitoring services, measuring quality, and guaranteeing service reliability and security. There is plenty of space for your own ideas to provide the best user experience.
Our Team consists mostly out of German speaking people, but we are communicating in English.
Passion for our idea and commitment, first experience in UI/UX design or web design, and high motivation for continuous learning is essential in this role.
**Your role**:
- Be part of an agile DevOps team with end-to-end responsibility along the complete product lifecycle
- Design the frontend of our innovative logistics platform according to business requirements and user feedback
- Create screen designs and prototypes for new features with tools like Figma and Miro
- Ensure a great user experience and usability of our platform
- Collaboratively work with the product owner, product manager and frontend engineers
**Your offer**:
- Enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Computer Science, Media, Digital Design, or a related field
- It would be great if you had first touch points as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role
- First hands-on experience with prototyping and screen design tools like Figma
- Good understanding of an intuitive user interface
- User-focus and the ability to see things through the eyes of our users
- Self-organization, team collaboration, creativity, agile mindset, positive attitude, and high motivation
- Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
