As a **Community Specialist (M/F/d)** at yoummday, you will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract our "talents" (freelancers, remote workers) to our yoummday platform. You will identify, analyse, and leverage key online and offline talent acquisition channels, ensuring optimal outreach and conversion.
