**Duties**: - Serves as a Facility Aid in a Fitness Facility. Works under the direction of the Facility Manager. - Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility. - Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contracts. - Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts that include nights, weekend and holidays. - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. - Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. - A one year probationary period may be required. - Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. - Must obtain the following within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service. **Qualifications**: Incumbents should possess related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to perform the duties of position as indicated above. **Highly Qualifying Criteria**: **1. Civilian fitness facility or military Physical Fitness Center (PFC) experience** **3. Demonstrated understanding of fitness equipment usage and maintenance** **4. Possess the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED** **5.
