**ARBEITSPLANVORAUSSETZUNGEN**:

- Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten gewöhnlich im Durchschnitt zwei bis drei Schichten pro Woche, wobei jede Schicht rund vier bis fünf Stunden dauert. Brand Representatives müssen an den meisten Samstagen und/oder Sonntagen sowie während der Feiertagssaison arbeiten. Wie viele Stunden und an welchen Tagen gearbeitet werden muss, kann je nach Geschäft, den lokalen Gesetzen und Arbeitsverträgen, soweit vorhanden, variieren.
