Reporting to the People & Capability Manager, the People & Capability Advisor will provide broad HR generalist support and will include general administrative duties to support the team.

**In this role, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering continuous HR services support, ensuring the efficient coordination and administration of employee life cycle events such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and support for international assignments and expatriates.
- Supporting the standardisation and documentation of our established HR processes, continuously optimising related procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with local regulations.
- Liaising with head offices based in Australia to coordinate and resolve employee inquiries and urgent issues.
- Being the first point of contact at our new office: welcoming guests and team members with a smile
- General administrative duties including coordination of office supplies, vendor coordination (e.g. cleaning service, postal services), travel support and ad hoc tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant business-related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in office administration and HR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- An ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability in managing varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.
