Degura is an Insurance Tech (InsurTech) company founded in 2018 and located in the beautiful city of Berlin.

We developed a user-friendly software to connect employees, employer and insurance companies to take care of the whole company pension process and to make it digital and easy. We have also built a highly skilled team of consultants who support all parties involved in the process.

Our vision is it to be the leading and trusted digital source for German financial benefits (company pensions).

**Responsibilities**
- You will maintain and update our recruiting system (workable).
- You will collaborate with the team to support assigned projects and administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, conducting market research or generating reports.
- You will provide HR operational support to the team.
- You will take over the administration of employee requests, while striving for employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
- You will be supporting with keeping our employee information and data up to date across our HRM system (Personio).
- You will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their lifecycle while being in compliance with local labor law regulations and the company internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- You are a currently enrolled student (M/F/d) majoring in business administration, business psychology, human resources management or similar
- You have a high affinity for digital working.
- You should be able to communicate fluently in German and English.
