What you'll do
- Creating and prioritizing epics and user stories for the continuous development of our messaging products
- Responsibility for the product backlog: evaluating requirements, maintenance, and prioritization in close coordination with the development teams and product management
- Assuming the role of product owner in agile Scrum teams and actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and technical coordination rounds
- Working closely with sales, presales, implementation, operations, technical consultants, support, and service to ensure smooth product launch and support
- Supporting product management in the development and implementation of the strategic roadmap for our services
- Identifying market needs, customer needs, and customer experience through analysis, surveys, interviews, and other means
- Ensuring clear, user-friendly product descriptions and assisting in the creation of technical documentation
- Improving product expertise within the product management team by enabling other technical units to better understand the product

What you'll need
- Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, engineering, or a comparable qualificatio
- Several years of professional experience in a role as product owner, (technical) product manager, or technical consultant
- Professional expertise in the enterprise environment preferred
- IT affinity with strong analytical skills
- Experience with agile methods, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English, German preferred
