Kaiserslautern, Germany** (ON-SITE/OFFICE)**

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Computer System Support Specialist.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Adds, deletes, manages, and reviews user accounts, access, and logins IAW local policies.
- Removes or disables default, guest, and service accounts in information system or network devices and renames administrative accounts.
- Maintains authorized patches on desktop personal computers (PCs).
- Installs new hardware products, peripherals and equipment; VTC hardware/printers/laptops/servers.
- Ensures anti-virus engines and definitions are current.
- Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities and risks.Prepares and establishes network access protocols to enable end users to gain local access.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- IAT level 1 certificate IAW DoD 8570.01-M
- Three years of experience supporting and maintaining Information Technology assets within large-enterprise Army enclave environments.
- Three years of experience utilizing an incident management system to manage a structured C4IM Service Catalog.
