PRODUCT OWNER (F/M/D) BUSINESS SYSTEMS PLATFORM - SCALED SCRUM

Our department is responsible for the order and contract processes at IONOS, which are used thousands of times a day by our customers. We therefore play a central role in our system landscape.
We are looking for a Product Owner to take the helm for our three development teams

Tasks
- We rely on self-organisation, agile methods and an open mindset. We currently work in three teams of 6-8 people according to Scrum
- We are developing in the direction of scaled agile frameworks. You contribute your experience and ideas so that we can develop and continuously improve our setup together
- You take responsibility for the product roadmap of our department and work closely with our stakeholders and the product owners of the development teams
- Our product is a business system platform that provides the mapping of IONOS' business relationships with its product users and orchestrates changes to these across the entire system landscape, e.g. ordering, cancellation, master data changes
- We offer a wide range of conferences and communities that you can use for your further development - whether as a presenter or listener

**Qualifications**:

- You have already worked as a product owner and are a firm believer in agile methods
- You have experience with scaled agile projects (e.g. with LeSS or Nexus) or are keen to develop in this direction
- You like to take the initiative and enjoy a lot of creative freedom
- We work in an international company, so you have no problems communicating in written and spoken English and German

Location: Berlin, Karlsruhe or remotely within Germany
