Internship - Infotainment

We offer you the opportunity to gain deep insights into professional practice in our globally successful company in order to supplement your theoretical knowledge alongside experienced specialists. By working on modern vehicle electronics, you will establish cross-departmental contacts with experts from various specialist departments at IAV and continually develop yourself further.

Your Tasks:

- Depending on your interests and qualifications, the internship can be designed more theoretically (e.g. competition analyses) or practical (e.g. error analysis, setting up automated protection, putting the infotainment systems into operation).
- Editing the knowledge database
- Team support with analyzes and commissioning on the vehicle and test benches

Necessary Skills:

- Ongoing study of engineering or industrial engineering, information technology or a comparable course of study
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel / Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of spoken and written German at a business-fluent level
- Enthusiasm for complex issues and their presentation as well as neat preparation
- Motivation and independent action in an agile development environment
- High degree of initiative, open-mindedness and ability to work in a team

Desired Skills:

- Desirable: Good basic knowledge of MS Azure (Jira, Confluence)

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current monthly salary for this position is EUR 979.00. From February 2025, the monthly salary for this position will be EUR 1,012.00.

In Heimsheim, our accredited test center for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) offers state-of-the-art measurement and testing technology for EMC testing and measurements in the field of vehicle as well as component development. In the coming months, our Heimsheim site will be expanded by a building complex for up to 370 workplaces and will thus enrich the automotive dominated southwest.
