The impact you will make
In your role, you will play a pivotal part in fusion experiments, ensuring a comprehensive overview of our experimental equipment. You will be directly involved in key project meetings, work closely with the purchasing team, and be responsible for various supply chain and order-to-pay activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and manage all warehousing, shipping, and logistics processes from scratch.
**More specifically, you will**:
Contribute to achieving project timelines and in-time deliveries of experimental equipment to multiple international facilities as part of project teams
Be responsible for setting up efficient logistics processes to ensure that experiments and projects can be performed in time and quality
Develop digital & easy-to-use tracking and tracing procedures for experimental devices and components
Involved in the order-2-pay process, supplier selection, and risk management assessments
Ensure that our workshop and storage space are organized in an efficient way
What you bring
University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable studies. Ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain
2-3 years of relevant work experience
A high level of diligence, quality awareness, independence, and service-orientation
Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP-Systems (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
You are financially aware and have a can-do attitude
You work in a team-orientated and communicative manner
