Working Student Real Estate Expansion

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a working student in real estate expansion, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious expansion goals. You will closely work with the real estate team to identify, qualify, and visit potential new studio leads. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced start-up where you’ll have ownership and impact from day one

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **First Evaluation of Leads**: Conduct initial evaluations of new leads based on our search criteria and pre-qualifying them to determine their suitability for a viewing.
- **Communication with External Stakeholders**: Engage with external stakeholders such as realtors and landlords, adeptly requesting missing documents and gathering essential information to facilitate the acquisition process.
- **Scheduling Viewings**: Arrange viewings for pre-qualified leads, coordinating schedules and logistics to ensure seamless experiences for all parties involved.
- **Management of Lead Pipeline**: Oversee our lead pipeline, diligently tracking progress and following up with realtors and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum and drive conversions.
- **Support During Viewings**: Join and support our real estate team during viewings of new leads and ensure we retrieve all necessary information about a lead.
- **Market research and performance analysis**: Support the team in evaluating new markets and neighborhoods and conduct performance analyses to support strategic decisions.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have gained first working experience in a competitive environment like consulting, finance, a high-growth start-up, or ideally in the real estate industry
- You have a hands-on mentality and provide goal-oriented work, with a desire to learn and develop quickly
- You feel comfortable with the fast-paced startup culture
- You are fluent in English and German
- You are available to start ASAP
