**Role Overview**
We are hiring a Data Centre and Fibre Support Technician to support dispatch operations. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and data centre infrastructure across multiple sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and maintain fibre, copper, and power cabling.
- Rack and stack hardware; assist with circuit migration.
- Perform labelling, patching, and asset tagging.
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty components (line cards, optics, etc.).
- Conduct fibre cleaning, BER testing, RMA processing.
- Support via remote tools and onsite presence.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (preferred).
- 5 years data center/ fiber Optics network infrastructure experience.
- 3+ years installation & troubleshooting of network hardware.
- Knowledge of DWDM, Nokia, Ciena hardware, ITIL (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 39.789,59€ - 90.931,41€ per year
