- Establish and maintain a strong internal and external innovation ecosystem via the elaboration and implementation of workshops, events and individual network efforts
- Create captivating campaigns to communicate our unit’s mission, its identity and R&D projects over internal and external communication channels
- Work in a cross-functional team, and actively contribute to our entrepreneurial team
- and working culture with your open and creative mind
- Keep yourself ahead of emerging technologies, state of the art components and best practices in the areas of robotics, industrial IoT and AI in energy industry
- Engage with venturing innovative R&D projects, from elaboration of technical ideas and concepts, through development of integrated hardware
- and software prototypes and business development

**authentic & ambitious** - Your profile- Early master studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent
- First relevant professional experience in marketing, communication and / or ecosystem management in a technical field
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience, both verbally and visually
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge about the energy industry, its mechanisms, and challenges; professional experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Practical, creative and fast-thinking mind with a distinct get-things-done mentality
- Passion for technology and the inner desire to solve problems and move things forward
- Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus
