As a **UI Design Chapter Lead**I elevate visual excellence and uphold design consistency. I cultivate and grow our UI design community, strengthen collaboration and most importantly ensure that our products reflect a seamless, accessible, and brand-aligned visual language along the customer journey.
- I lead the UI design chapter - build, guide and inspire our UI designers across multiple product teams
- I raise the bar on design quality - define UI design standards, own the strategic direction and capability growth of the expertise
- I steer the digital brand management & design system - shape roadmaps and priorities
- I balance leadership & craft - serve as a domain expert, thought leader and foster excellence by building and spreading best practices
- I shape the design culture - foster knowledge sharing and innovation with the UI chapter
- I collaborate cross-functionally - partner with UX design, user research and UX writing chapters as well as brand and business to create cohesive user experiences

- Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in UI / Visual Design with proven leadership in mentoring and developing designers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, HCI, or interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar) with deep expertise in design principles, systems, visual storytelling and accessibility.
- Strong knowledge of digital content (readability, conciseness, graphics, SEO, WCAG) and user-centric approaches (target groups, scenarios, dialogues).
- Experience in cross-functional teams, aligning user-centered thinking in agile contexts
- Comfortable and competent to align user centered thinking in an agile working environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
