**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**

As an E-commerce Assistant for Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands or Sweden, you will help the E-commerce Managers to capture local demand and drive strong growth by providing attractive campaigns, assortment and brands to make our online offer locally relevant to our customers.

- Drive operational excellence in the markets by planning, coordinating and executing sales campaigns.
- Do weekly and adhoc assortment and website performance analyses and planning and executing actions to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy.
- Planning, implementing, analysing and developing onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance.
- Provide input on the local market needs, customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion online retailer, you round off your professional achievements by at least a bachelor’s degree
- Result-oriented mentality with a strong drive to get things done and ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills and commercial mindset and some understanding of online fashion trading; good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends in one of the markets: Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands or Sweden.
- Meticulous and detail oriented
