Product Owner (m/w/d)

**Bist Du auf der Suche nach einem innovativen, agilen Arbeitsumfeld für digitale Lösungen? Dann bist Du bei raufeld genau richtig Sei Teil unserer digitalen Transformation in Berlin und unterstütze uns zunächst befristet für 2 Jahre als **Product Owner (m/w/d).**

Deine Aufgaben
- Es gelingt Dir mühelos, die Kundenanforderungen in Form von Epics und User Stories strukturiert in das Product Backlog zu überführen
- Die klare und umfassende Kommunikation mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern liegt in Deinen Händen
- Du priorisierst die User Stories im Product Backlog, planst die Entwicklungszeiträume in enger Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Kreation, Beratung und Projektmanagement und führst das Endprodukt mit Deiner Vision zum Erfolg
- Die aktive Gestaltung unserer agilen Prozesse sowie die Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen dem Entwicklungsteam und den Kund*innen runden Deinen Aufgabenbereich ab

Dein Profil
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen als Product Owner im Bereich der agilen Softwareentwicklung oder im Requirements Engineering mit
- Enthusiasmus für agile Ansätze und Projektmethoden und eine hohe Kunden
- und Zielorientierung zeichnen Dich aus
- Du punktest mit einer starken Kommunikationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierten Denkweise
- Neben Deiner Teamfähigkeit und einem technischen Know-how, sprichst Du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
