Aircraft Engine Installation Mechanic

**Job description and tasks**

The job holder (d/M/F) will be employed as a mechanic for engine installation. In addition

**Area of activity includes**:

- Responsibility for the installation of engines (pylon to engine) incl. connecting
- mechanical, hydraulic, electrical components and parts
- Installation of engine nacelle components such as thrust reverser, fan cowl, air intake etc.
- Measure and document the gap dimensions (Step & Gap) as well as corrective settings if
- Dimensions are out of tolerance
- Install as per drawing specification and/or work order
- Documentation of activities/work processes
- Preparation of customer acceptance (engine mounts)

**Personal requirements**

Be able to concentrate and work independently on a task for a longer period of time

Quality-oriented and responsible way of working

Willingness to work shifts in 2-3 shifts

**Vocational training**

Aircraft mechanic FR engine technology at least vocational training

or

Car mechanic at least vocational training with long-term experience

or

Metalworking profession at least vocational training with long experience

**Experience**

Aircraft construction at least over 1 year

Mechanics at least over 3 years

Mechanics in aviation at least over 1 year

**Linguistic proficiency**

Business fluent German

English at least basics

**IT**

Experience with Google Workspace an advantage

Art der Stelle: Vollzeit

Gehalt: 20,00€ - 30,00€ pro Stunde

Arbeitszeiten:

- Montag bis Freitag
- Wochenendarbeit möglich

Sonderzahlungen:

- Trinkgeld

Möglichkeit zu pendeln/umzuziehen:

- Finkenwerder: bereit sein zu pendeln oder vor Antritt der Stelle einen Umzug zu planen (Erforderlich)
