**Deine Aufgaben**

- Aufbau einer nutzerorientierten Organisation durch ein erstklassiges Design
- und UX-Teams:

- Du hast die Möglichkeit, eine integrierte Designkultur für SPORT1 zu schaffen und das Design auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen
- Du definierst die UX-Vision und -Strategie sowie KPIs für unsere digitalen Produkte
- Du maximierst Design
- und UX-Bemühungen und richtest sie konsequent auf die Erreichung unserer Produkt
- und Geschäftsziele aus
- Du hilfst Deinem Team, persönlich und beruflich zu wachsen, indem Du ein starker Mentor (m/w/d) bist
- Unterstütze unser Redaktions-, Vertriebs
- und Marketingteam mit Deiner designorientierten Denkweise:

- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebs
- und Redaktionsteam dabei, unseren Kunden zu helfen, seine Geschäfts
- und Benutzerherausforderungen zu verstehen und wie diese am besten mit einem Design Thinking Ansatz gelöst werden können
- Du stimmst Dich mit der Markenfunktion in unserem Marketingteam ab und unterstützt einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz
- Verhelfe unseren einzigartigen Produkten zu einem neuen Höhenflug:

- Du setzt mit Deinem Team Geschäftsideen und Kundenvisionen in realisierbare Features, MVPs und Produkte um
- Du besitzt ein breites Verständnis für Themen wie Design System, UX Research und Design Methoden
- Du etablierst ein methodisches Toolkit und stellst sicher, dass es im gesamten Team geteilt, verstanden und genutzt werden kann

**Dein Profil**

***:

- Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im digitalen Produktdesign / UX Design und über 3+ Jahre Führungserfahrung von Produktdesign-Teams
- Du bist stark in der strategischen Designentwicklung von digitalen Produkten über alle Phasen hinweg
- Du besitzt ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Product Discovery, User Experience Design, Hypothesentests sowie ein gutes Gefühl für die Bedürfnisse und das Verhalten der Nutzer
- Du kommunizierst fortlaufend und transparent mit Deinem Team, dem Management und den Stakeholdern
- Du fühlst Dich in einer schnell wachsenden Umgebung wohl
- Du bist sportaffin und hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Hauptsportarten von SPORT1 (Fußball, Darts, Motorsport u.v.m.)
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
