As Head of Finance (f/m/d), you will build and manage the financial backbone of our growing business. You will drive financial operations across expanding markets and products, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. As a key leader, you will professionalize processes, implement new tools, and scale financial operations efficiently. Our accounting and tax team are looking forward to you.

Join us as Head of Finance (f/m/d) and take the lead in shaping our financial strategy by:

- Providing strategic direction and ensuring financial reporting accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, German GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing financial statement preparation and internal controls
- Aligning financial operations with company strategy and leadership
- Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing finance team
- Coordinating external stakeholders, like auditors
- Driving automation and efficiency in financial processes
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- 15+ years of post-qualification finance experience
- Experience in international multi-entity environments, a plus are engineering or manufacturing organizations
- Hands-on mindset, startup-oriented approach
- Pragmatic and strong priority management
- Excellent communication skills for business collaboration in English
