Business Process Expert Service

We are looking for a Business Process Expert Instrument Service (x|f|m) for the BPM Service department at Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG. In this role, you will be responsible for further develop our global service business processes, starting with the development of new services, order entry and technical service up to invoicing. In this role, you will actively work on projects to optimize, harmonize and implement processes and required systems in a group-wide environment. The team consists of ten professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time.
