**Your Tasks**: - You develop a performance marketing growth strategy for our D2C brands - You have the Ownership of all our global campaigns, with core growth markets being DACH, US, NL, FR & Nordics - You are responsible for the efficient allocation of a high eight-digit yearly marketing budget - You lead the current team of six performance marketeers - You are responsible for structured testing and scaling of new push marketing channels, with a focus on paid social and online video - You conceptualise the analytical models in order to develop an attribution model that is capable of reflecting a more complex customer journey within a broader marketing mix, in close collaboration with the data & BI team - You are in charge of the Data integration into our reporting tools in order to reflect the whole customer journey - You define a KPI set reflecting both efficiency and growth targets to steer all marketing channels effectively on a daily basis - You analyse and optimise our conversion funnel from ad creatives over landing pages to lead nurturing **Your Profile**: - You have a University Degree in business administration, economics, data science, engineering, IT, marketing or something comparable - You have 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally for an e-commerce or D2C brand - You have in-depth knowledge of all fields of performance marketing, especially paid social & SEA - You have a profound understanding of performance marketing tech requirements - You have knowledge of basic data programming & automation - You are experienced in developing and optimizing attribution models, incrementality testing - You have strong analytical skills and you are a data-driven decision maker - You have excellent leadership skills and experience in building and leading a team - You have a proven track record of growth hacking - You are an excellent team player, hands-on mentality and a collaborative spirit We value diversity at Spread Group.
