Senior Talent Partner

The global travel retail industry is a €70 Billion market expected to double by the end of this decade. Despite its size, it is an industry that has seen very little digitalization and innovation over the past two decades. This must be solved.

The timing could not be better to emerge as a category winner: the global pandemic has accelerated the demand for a better and renewed approach to global travel retail, and as the world begins to open again, pent-up demand for travel and travel-related retail is set to boom as brands, retailers, airports, and airlines are doubling down their efforts to make up for lost sales.

As our **Senior **Talent Partner (f/m/x)**, you will be the face of Duffle to Talent and a key contributor to our business success. As a young business, you will have the opportunity to design and define our Talent Attraction and Acquisition approaches. As a rapidly growing business across multiple locations and countries, you must be curious and proactively reassess our approach to each market based on data. You will work closely with the leadership team and report to our VP of People.

**What you will do**:

- You will do what you know best and attract the talent that fulfills hiring managers’ expectations and requirements.
- You will successfully manage a base of vacancies monthly for permanent, temporary, and freelance placement, and these projects vary from Leadership, Product, Tech, Business and Operations, and also multiple locations.
- You will manage hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence, and manage expectations.
- You will interview and assess active & passive talent and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations.
- You will develop a talent network by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry.
- You will track and optimize relevant channels, report data-driven key metrics, and continuously improve different hiring approaches.
- You will contribute to Duffle brand development as a talent partner: events, employer brand, processes, etc.

**Your profile**:

- You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development.
- You have extensive experience in talent attraction and acquisition, either from an in-house or agency model, and you would like to be part of building the foundation team of a new and exciting business.
- You are passionate about Talent topics, and you can drive our efforts in delivering our hiring manager’s needs by attracting the right talent.
- Proven experience in building trusted relationships and using your excellent judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, having to educate hiring teams and manage ambiguity at times.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience building and presenting business cases and recommendations.
