Global Head of Sales Force Optimization

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- In your new role, you will define the global vision and strategy for the sales force organization to ensure an efficient commercial organization for excellence in execution.- You will provide the right framework for the right sizing, structure and go to market model for the Region Heads & ROPUs.- In addition, you will manage the respective stakeholders and communicate optimization and sizing framework including the communication of vision, objectives, processes, projects, roles and responsibilities.- Furthermore, you will establish an appropriate on-boarding of local, regional and corporate stakeholders.- You will be accountable for the change management concerning the sales force deployment and optimization while ensuring aligned commercial team investments to further improve and achieve optimization and efficiency.**Requirements**:
- Master´s degree in Business Administration or comparable; other relevant advanced degree is a plus- Long term experience in commercial effectiveness processes and activities along with the ability to negotiate across a matrix and cross-functional organization- Good judgment in evaluating benefits and risks while providing sound recommendations- Strong project and process management skills paired with experience in leading project teams and developing business cases- Broad experience in change management, including communication, training and guidance- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate and mediate effectively- Excellent command of business English required, both verbal and written**READY TO CONTACT US?**:
