**WAS DICH ERWARTET | WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE**
Als Werkstudent (F/M/D) arbeitest du als fester Bestandteil in einem internationalen und agilen Produktteam, welches die Entwicklung eines der Herzstücke der internationalen Webpräsenz mit mehreren Millionen Nutzern von Porsche verantwortet.

Innerhalb eines cross-funktionalen Teams, mit Spezialist:innen aus den Disziplinen UX-Design, Softwareentwicklung und Content, wirst du zusammen mit deinem Product Owner:

- die Produktvision vorantreiben,
- neue Features aus Daten und Stakeholder-Anforderungen ableiten,
- Produkt
- & Feature Performance analysieren und Optimierungen ableiten,
- das Produkt-Backlog pflegen und priorisieren,
- Management Präsentation erstellen,
- Prozesse im und um das Produktteam herum optimieren,
- Workshops vor
- & nachbereiten inkl. der Übersetzung der Erkenntnisse in konkrete To-Do’s,
- als vollwertiges Teammitglied in einem skalierten agilen System agieren.As working student (F/M/D) you will work as an integral part of an international and agile product team, which is responsible for the development of one of the core elements of Porsche's international web presence.

Within the cross-functional team, which consists of UX designers, developers and content specialists, you will in close collaboration with your product owner:

- drive the product vision,
- derive new features from data and stakeholder requirements,
- analyse product & feature-performance and derive optimization potential,
- maintain and prioritize the product backlog,
- optimize processes in and around the product team,
- prepare management presentations,
- prepare and follow up workshops including the translation of the findings into concrete to-do's,
- act as a respected team member in a scaled agile system.

**WAS DU MITBRINGST | WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**
Du bist begeisterungsfähig, neugierig und denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus? Nur weil, du etwas noch nie gemacht hast, schreckt dich das nicht ab, sondern spornt dich an etwas Neues zu lernen und deinen Horizont zu erweitern? Dann passt du zu uns, wenn du außerdem folgende Voraussetzungen mitbringst:

- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule oder Universität (Grundstudium abgeschlossen)
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld wünschenswert
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Proaktivität und Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Sachverhalte
- Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Verhandlungssicher in Englisch & Deutsch

- matriculation at a college or university (basic studies completed)
- first practical experience in the corporate environment beneficial
- high degree of independence, proactivity, and flexibility
- excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with a quick grasp of complex issues
- professional use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- proficient in English & German
