For our** Consumer Marketing **team in **Hamburg**, we are looking for a **Portfolio Initiative Project Specialist (M/F/d).**

**What are your major duties?**
- Manage projects related to portfolio initiatives (product, pack and pricing initiatives) in line with the PLM process in close cooperation with key stakeholders from other GCO functions, GSC and insights to deliver the market execution plan on time and in full
- Support the brand teams with preparation of business cases (cost, timings) for initiation of product & pack related projects
- Key contact in consumer marketing for the dedicated projects within the PLM process
- Create PIDs, prepare input for localization brief for technical artworks (incl. legal check with CLA) in close cooperation with PCC and brand teams
- Request RSKUs and check project briefings provided by PCC
- Check and approval of technical artworks and good to prints from consumer marketing side
- Close cooperation with print development and brand teams regarding approval of barrel proofs, colour matching and attend to print-rums
- Close cooperation with key stakeholders on other GCO functions (brand and portfolio teams, insights) GSC, CLA and Finance
- Support the brand teams in providing the basic deliverables: brief and approve 2 D pack renderings based on technical artworks and colour proofs
- Check and approve track and trace labels provided by the factories
- Continuous update of the product list (overview of all RSKUs including all relevant information about the product/packs)
- Plan and close monitoring of project budget (product/pack development costs as well as write-offs)
- Sample order of first production and check if packs/products are produced according to briefing

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills and command of English and German - both written and spoken
- You enjoy working independently, are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility
