**Jurist 50-100% (M/F/d)**

**Essential Functions**
- Reporting to the General Manager / Legal Director you will serve as the interface between Management, Finance, Sales, Project Management, Compliance, Clients and Suppliers all over the globe. Your role will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds in accordance with the applicable framework in the various countries
- Overseeing contractual execution of large, complex projects, including assisting the company to adhere to contractual terms and conditions, and negotiating contractual challenges
- Providing competent support in all aspects of business transactions; export
- and insurance-related issues
- Providing assistance on relevant German regulations
- Understanding and overseeing the management of the company's contractual portfolio

**Your Profile**
- University degree in law
- Minimum 1st State Board examination
- 2-3 years commercial contract experience
- You have a high level of attention to detail, balancing perfectionism with speed
- You seek practical solutions to commercial transactions
- You are able to work both autonomously and interactively and demonstrate service focus and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Strong communication and written skills in English and German are essential
