Do what you love, engage with the world and dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS **Job Description**: What are your responsibilities: - Assist with talent acquisition and recruiting processes for the new opening. - Conduct employee onboarding and assist with training and development planning - Implement various human resources programs - Assist talent with various HR related issues such as leave and compensation, resolving challenges that may arise, managing compensation and benefit plans - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Assist in the development and implementation of HR guidelines and policies - Collect and analyze data on applicable HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates - Support talent performance reviews in the annual performance review process - Maintain employee files and records in electronic format - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Perform HR compliance-related tasks (e.g., employment law changes, employee handbook contracts, company cars, etc.) **Qualifications**: Your experience and skills include: - Completed training in the hotel industry or in a commercial environment or university degree in tourism or business administration. - Initial experience in the HR field - Understanding of general HR policies and procedures - Good knowledge of labor law - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness - Social and intercultural skills - Skill in problem solving and "hands-on mentality - Empathy, drive and ability to implement processes - Desire to be results-oriented and work as part of a team - Confident and strong service orientation towards our internal and external talent - Fluent in spoken and written German and English; other languages such as French are an advantage Additional Information Our commitment to diversity & inclusion We are an inclusive company and our goal is to attract, hire and develop diverse talent.
