**About The Role**:
Are you passionate about digital content and excited about the potential of AI in content production? We're looking for a **Junior Content Specialist** to help shape the future of content creation at Blinkist by combining editorial expertise with cutting-edge technology. This role is perfect for someone who loves content in all its forms and is excited about working at the intersection of content and technology.

You'll support content production across various formats while exploring AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. You'll work closely with the editorial team and stakeholders from other parts of the company to refine workflows, optimize content quality, and experiment with AI-powered solutions.

As part of a fast-moving team, you'll play a key role in supporting content production, optimizing editorial workflows, and exploring innovative ways to create compelling media. This is an excellent opportunity for a curious, adaptable, and tech-savvy individual looking to grow in the world of digital content.

**What You'll Do**:

- Create and manage content across various digital formats, ensuring quality and consistency
- Support content production workflows, working closely with our editorial team and freelancers
- Explore and experiment with AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams to ensure smooth content operations
- Stay up to date with digital content trends and contribute ideas for improving production strategies

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in content creation, editing, or production (bonus if it's digital content)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in technology and AI, with an openness to integrating new tools into content workflows

**Great-to-haves**:

- Experience working with freelancers or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI for content production
- Background in audio production or multimedia content
