In Frankfurt (Germany), Mediobanca’s recently opened branch, we operate through two business units: M&A Advisory and Debt Advisory. Our franchise is actively engaged in the DACH mid-cap markets, with a focus on the industrial, technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors. As trusted advisors to entrepreneurs, founder-led businesses, private equity investors, and corporate clients, we have the proven ability to engineer and execute financing solutions that are essential for growth and success. We offer access to all financing possibilities in the private capital markets through the issuance of different debt instruments, ranging from senior solutions to junior, HoldCo debt but also through creative solutions comprising large bank clubs, single private credit lenders or a combination of both. orchestrating national and cross-border M&A deals and supporting our clients in the execution of complex financing structures.

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of our team, you will work in an international environment alongside our M&A and Debt Advisory professionals, gaining all-round understanding of the M&A and Debt Advisory process and deal exposure on an international level. Based in Frankfurt, you will work in a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment and become an integral part of our team.

Duties include supporting the Debt Advisory engagements, notably:

- Conducting market, industry and company analyses as well as research on potential investors, financing partners and targets
- Supporting the due diligence process on the buy side, sell side and refinancing processes
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches
- Supporting the preparation of confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
- Preparing, analysing and explaining historical as well as projected financial information
- Valuating companies and businesses
- Supporting in the preparation of financial analysis, especially LBO and financing models

**Requisiti**:

- Previous experience through internships in Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, Debt Advisory and/or related fields
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, working in a team under tight deadlines paired with the ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- You will have an outstanding academic record, with preference for a degree in accounting, economics, or finance
- Strong analytical, quantitative and financial skills
- Good proficiency with MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both German & English
