In dieser Rolle als Market Research & Lead Generation Specialist übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Lead-Generierung - von der ersten Recherche bis zur Übergabe an den Vertrieb. Du bringst neue Impulse, identifizierst relevante Zielgruppen und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Sales-Pipeline bei.

**Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Dich**
- Du entwickelst und steuerst Strategien zur nachhaltigen Lead-Generierung - datenbasiert und zielgerichtet
- Du identifizierst potenzielle Kund:innen und nimmst erste Kontaktaufnahmen über E-Mail, LinkedIn, Events & Co. vor
- Du analysierst und pflegst die Lead-Datenbank und optimierst kontinuierlich die Conversion Rates
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und weiteren Teams zusammen, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Synergien zu nutzen
- Du führst Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und bereitest deine Erkenntnisse strukturiert auf

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 1-2 Jahre) in den Bereichen Lead-Generierung, Marktanalyse oder Business Development
- Studium der BWL, VWL oder ein vergleichbarer wirtschaftsnaher Hintergrund
- Du denkst strategisch, analysierst gern und arbeitest sicher mit CRM-Systemen
- Du bist kommunikativ, eigeninitiativ und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
