**About us**:
At RenderThat we visualise products on the basis of the digital twin. In doing so, we bring products into the digital world in all their details. In this way, we create a starting point for creating exciting content such as images, animations or interactive content and using it in a variety of ways. We are very technology

**Your tasks***:

- You take over the creative direction of 3D projects
- You are responsible for compliance with the qualitative framework requirements of the 3D projects
- You form the interface between our project managers and 3D artists and are responsible for smooth communication
- You take over the management of our 3D artists in the form of coordination, workload and quality controls
- From time to time you are asked to develop and realise visual design concepts in the form of mood boards, storyboards and treatments.
- You support the expansion, further development and optimisation of processes.

**Your profile***:

- You have a successfully completed apprenticeship as a media designer or a successfully completed degree in the field of design, architecture, digital media or a related field
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in an agency or company from the architecture or media sector
- You have knowledge in the use of Autodesk 3ds Max
- Experience in the digitisation of fashion as well as in the use of WebGL (glb) is desirable
- A structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as a hands-on mentality characterise you
- You have a high level of personal responsibility, creativity and an innovative mindset
- You bring excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You have good language skills in German and English
