Othoz is one of the leading drivers for AI-based analyses and decision-making processes in asset management. Othoz has been founded in 2017, is headquartered in Berlin, Germany and is backed by leading international business angels and VCs.

**Your mission**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the Othoz brand as the leading AI based driving force in the field of asset management.
- Develop and execute the brand building, lead generation and sales enablement requirements to achieve Othoz’s business objectives.
- Identify and implement targeted marketing campaigns for Othoz’s different target markets.
- Identify and execute marketing tactics such as social media, events, videos, webinars, advertising, PR, and others, that will achieve Othoz marketing goals.
- Develop the content and material required to execute the tactics identified in the marketing plan. This includes social media posts, web content and design, thought leadership articles, explainer videos, sales presentations, and others.
- Steer company announcements with initiatives such as PR, media interviews, announcement videos, social media, sales enablement content, and employee communications.
- Track engagement with target accounts and provide information to sales.

**Your Skillset**:

- University degree in marketing or related field of study
- Previous experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role in a fast-growing technology start-up (ideally fintech) a MUST
- Proven experience executing a comprehensive marketing strategy with a strong understanding of modern marketing channels and how to optimize them
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing and sales goals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with great collaboration skills
- Excellent writer and oral communicator in both German and English
