**Meine Aufgaben**
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung der Reparaturannahme
- und Werkstatt-Teams
- Ableiten von Schulungs
- und Weiterentwicklungs-Maßnahmen für die Teams
- Sicherstellung der fachgerechten und kundenzentrierten Ausführung von Reparaturaufträgen
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards, sowie Einhaltung von Kundenzusagen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition und im Anleiten von Mitarbeitenden
- Berufserfahrung in einem kundennahen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Verbesserung von Prozessen und der Kundenerfahrung
- Gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
