**Position Overview**

This role presents an opportunity to join the ESG and Climate Policy team at MSCI

**Scope of Responsibility**
- Collaborating with other senior members of the team, you will be responsible for
- Working with team members to draft and deliver presentations on ESG & climate regulatory topics and analysis
- Tracking key ESG policies, voluntary and regulatory requirements, as well as emerging initiatives and reporting frameworks to assist ESG Research in developing policy-aligned solutions
- Evaluating policy proposals in terms of feasibility, applicability, and scalability of use by financial market participants

**Specific Knowledge/Skills**
- Basic knowledge of key ESG and climate policies, regulations, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborative mindset - we have a highly team-oriented culture
- Excellent communicator and active listener
- Interested in sustainable finance policy and regulation,Intellectual curiosity and problem-solver

**Desired Experience**
- One year of relavant experience

**Desired Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Policy is preferred
