**Your Job**:

- Assessment of site topography, potential constraints, main components sizing and selection of suitable technology for green field development (including BESS, agriPV)
- Preparation and review of design specifications, and Engineering design packages (Mechanical, Civil and Electrical) for large scale PV projects during all project phases; at early-stage conceptual design, planning package, and tendering
- Review and evaluation of tender documents and technical requirements
- Preparation and review of single line diagrams up to MV and coordinating with grid team the HV specifications to match with the HV single line diagram
- Evaluation of climate data sources and preparation of energy yield simulations (PVsyst) to provide key project performance indicators for commercial project optimization
- Leading / participating in site visits in projects early stages to identity buildable area, optimize layout design, identify infrastructure crossings, and prepare site assessment reports
- Leading / participating in technical discussions and negotiations with third party technical advisors and consultants for Technical Due Diligence of PV projects.

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar
- In depth knowledge of PV system design (engineering planning), IEC codes and specification according to the project / country specific requirements as per relevant standards
- Good understanding of techno-economic aspects of solar projects and latest market developments
- Hands-on experience in solar power plant design preferably in the field of utility scale projects, with 3 to 7 years of experience in renewable energy projects and a minimum of 3 years in solar PV projects, BESS and ideally Floating and AgriPV
- Sound design knowledge in areas of solar plant layouts, civil design, SLD, MV and HV equipment’s, Power Transmission, System loss calculation, & general electrical requirements of large-scale solar power plants
- In depth knowledge in modules, inverters, cables, transformers, MV switchgears relays and industry best practices
- Software skills: Mandatory - **AutoCAD, PVSyst, PVCase** and MS office; Desired -Civil 3D, Helios 3D, QGIS
- Languages**:English** is our day-to-day working language, knowledge of other language will be an advantage
