**Responsibilities**:

- You will support the data analytics team in the design and implementation of a data science training program and other data analytics and data management projects
- You will design and conduct needs analyses and market research, plan interviews, evaluate them and document your findings for a broad stakeholder group within the Group
- You will support in the implementation of Data Science projects within the Freudenberg Corporate Innovation organization
- You will gain insight into Freudenberg's day-to-day research activities and interdisciplinary research projects
- You will communicate and cooperate with global project partners of the Freudenberg Group
- You will work on an independent project as part of your internship

**Qualifications**:

- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a bachelor's degree with a focus on economics, computer science, technology, natural sciences or similar.
- You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and quickly gain an overview. You are strong in deriving and defining feasible concepts from the analysis of needs and offers.
- You have strong implementation and communication skills and are able to document and present your results in a needs-oriented manner
- You have previous experience in the areas of information technology, data analytics and data management
- You are characterized by a high level of commitment, an independent and structured way of working as well as reliability
- Our team is international, therefore very good German and English skills are mandatory
