YOUR MISSION
- Independent conception, realisation and supervision of concepts and campaigns (all channels) with a distinct understanding of our brand, our products and our target groups with a very good feeling for ideas and visionary thinking.
- Mentoring and inspiring the art direction in both the creative process and administrative tasks.
- Presentation of concepts and work internally and externally.
- Close collaboration with the marketing teams and external partners.
- Disciplinary Guidance of mid-level and junior levels.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have at least five years of professional experience in a communications agency in the field of campaign development // design // branding.
- You are at least senior and already have team lead experience.
- An exciting and broad portfolio is a big plus.
- You have high standards of design and trends.
- You have gained cross-channel experience (offline/online).
- You have shooting, POS and packaging experience.
- You are responsible for leading the art direction.
- Your German is native speaker level, your English is very good.
