HydraFacial stellt einen **Senior Trainer, EMEA **ein, der sich auf die Entwicklung, Planung und Durchführung wirkungsvoller Schulungen in der ästhetischen Industrie für Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, externe Partner, aktuelle und potenzielle Kunden in der EMEA-Region konzentrieren wird

**Tätigkeiten & Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung, Planung und Durchführung wirkungsvoller Bildungserlebnisse in der ästhetischen Industrie für Mitarbeiter, externe Partner, aktuelle Kunden und potenzielle Kunden in der EMEA-Region.
- Gewährleistung konsistenter Lernerfahrungen in jeder Region.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Verkaufs
- und Marketingteam und dem EMEA- Learning & Education-Team
- Höchste Standards der Behandlungsschulung im Einklang mit dem globalen Protokoll gewährleisten
- Ausgezeichneter Moderator und Motivator mit Verständnis für Lernmethoden.
- Entwicklung, Organisation und Durchführung praktischer Gruppenschulungen für Gruppen unterschiedlicher Größe von 4 bis 100+ Teilnehmern
- Verwalten und Erleichtern von interne und externe Schulungsaktivitäten
- Verfolgen von Kosten von Schulungsveranstaltungen und Budgeteinhaltung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Vertriebsteams, um Schulungen und Messen vor Ort zu unterstützen.
- Erstellung und Überprüfung von Schulungsmaterialien, Feedback-Formulare, Umfragen und Actionpläne

**Deine Qualifikation**:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Trainer
- Kosmetische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Schönheits
- oder Medizinproduktindustrie, einschließlich klinischer/praktischer Erfahrung, stark bevorzugt.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit LMS
- Starke Kommunikations
- und ausgefeilte Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um vor großem und kleinem Publikum eine große Wirkung zu erzielen
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Veranstaltungskoordination, einschließlich Anbietermanagement.
- Verständnis effektiver Trainingsmethoden und -instrumente
- Verständnis von Methodologien des Trainingsdesigns
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Inhalten und der Entwicklung laufender Schulungs
- und Entwicklungsprogramme
- Beherrschung von MS Office-Programmen mit ausgeprägter Erfahrung in PowerPoint
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen sind ein Muss
- Muss in der Lage sein, häufig zu reisen, einschließlich Inlands
- und Auslandsreisen im Durchschnitt 50-70 %.
