**The following challenges await you**:
- You are responsible for the commissioning and service of our systems in Europe - both in the shop floor and on site with our customers.- Furthermore, you are responsible for maintenance and functional tests, including the analysis and troubleshooting.- Progress reporting in the SAP and CRM systems as well as the documentation of process data are also part of your job.- You communicate skillfully with our external and internal stakeholders - from arranging appointments to telephone consultations.- With palpable passion, you carry out service training at our customers' sites.- You support your colleagues in goods receiving and shipping department.
**Your Profile**:
- Apprenticeship as an electronics technician/mechatronics technician (M/F/d)- Willingness to travel for service assignments lasting several days (approx. 30% of working time)- Very good knowledge of the basics of disturbance analysis and troubleshooting- Solution-oriented mindset to overcome technical challenges according to our customers' needs- SAP and CRM knowledge- First experiences in dealing with commissioning or service orders at home and abroad are desirable- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, machine controls (SPS technology) and occupational safety are advantageous- Good English skills, both written and spoken- An independent, committed personality and a cultivated appearance
