Senior Principal System Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead architect with focus on delivering innovative solutions
- System architecture definition for wireless SoC (e.g. Radar, Health IoT)
- Responsible for the definition of physical layer baseband algorithms and architecture from concept development and concept proof to hardware / software split, reference implementation, and development planning
- Give guidance to developers to convert reference implementation into hardware and DSP firmware
- Support debugging and help problem solving during system bring-up
- Aware of key performance indicators steering implementation choices
- Support senior management strategy discussions and processes
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, PhD preferred, strong background in communication theory, signal processing, stochastic processes, parameter estimation and detection
- More than 10 years of industry work experience
- Applies deep theoretical understanding in practical implementation
- Strong mindset to optimize development efficiency, time-to-market
- Ability to drive cooperation across multi-site multi-cultural teams
- Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
