The role
We are looking for a talented Webmaster to join our international Activation team. The role will cover operations for Germany, with the rest of the team working from all across Europe and the UK. The Webmaster will be responsible for the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with clients requirements for the German market.

**The Webmaster will**:

- Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer
- Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
- Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
- Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
- Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries
- Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team
- Follow up with developers and product expert teams
- Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)

**Requirements**:
Our ideal Webmaster will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. As well as:

- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge in Wordpress CMS
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Notion in SEO, such as loading content, creating titles, SEO tags, and descriptions
- Understanding of PHP development will be appreciated
- German native level, as well as fluent English

Working pattern and location
- Full time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid or remote option (depending on location)
