**Key Responsibilities. The Woring Student will support the team in the following ways**:

- 1. Version Control:

- Maintain version control of all documents to avoid discrepancies and ensure that the most recent versions are being used.
- Track changes and updates to documents and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
- 2. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any compliance issues promptly.
- 3. Document Distribution:

- Coordinate the distribution of documents to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Monitor the timely and secure delivery of documents to ensure they reach the intended recipients.
- 4. Training and Support:

- Provide support to employees on document control processes and procedures.
- Act as a resource for staff, answering queries and providing guidance related to document management.
- 5. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their document requirements and facilitate the creation and management of documents accordingly.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure document control processes align with project needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Studying Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the German Language next to the English. Finnish is a big plus.
