As the leader of our dynamic procurement team, you’ll drive collaboration across site leadership, stakeholders, and Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring seamless alignment and operational success. You are a real communicator and networker with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, capable of navigating complex interfaces and keeping the bigger picture in focus. **Your Responsibilities and Tasks**
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and inspire a team of four, fostering collaboration and building a strong, cohesive unit.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as the interface between the site’s Leadership Team, stakeholders, and Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and activities.
- ** Strategic Oversight**: Develop and execute site procurement strategies in alignment with global organizational goals, ensuring a seamless connection between local and global operations.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships across the organization, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Oversee procurement activities for capital, direct and indirect categories, leveraging team expertise and COEs for technical and strategic execution.
- ** Problem Solving & Visibility**: Maintain clarity on priorities, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure procurement’s visibility and impact within the organization.

**Your**Core Skills & Expertise**
- Strong foundation in **sourcing and procurement principles** (technical details are supported by team and COEs).
- Proven experience in **stakeholder management**, with excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strategic thinker with a **global perspective** on procurement activities and their impact.
- Ability to navigate **cross-functional interfaces** and balance site-specific and global priorities.
- Skilled in **team leadership**, fostering collaboration, and developing team members.
- High capacity for managing complex interactions and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

**Tools & Processes**
- Knowledge of **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** and **Source-to-Settle (S2S)** principles.
- Proficiency in **SAP, Ariba**, and **Microsoft Office Suite**.

**Your Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BA/MBA).
- ** Experience**: At least 10 years in production site procurement (not centralized), ideally in pharmaceutical or food industries.
