As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing influencer marketing as a key performance channel and in supporting our customer acquisition strategies.
**Your Mission**:
- Forge and nurture relationships with influencers and their representatives across the Netherlands, as well as Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Scout and secure new influencer partnerships, negotiate, close and manage them.
- Conduct thorough performance analyses, generating insightful reports to inform strategic decisions and actions.
- Manage influencer budgets, KPIs, and overall campaign performance with a results-oriented mindset.
- Contribute to our digital presence by assisting with website updates, organic social media engagement, and customer service inquiries.
- Challenge and monitor our acquisition funnel with the eyes of a local.
**Your Path to Success**:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- A keen understanding of social media trends and a genuine interest in influencer marketing.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus, but enthusiasm for the field is a must.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- A collaborative spirit, combined with proactive, curious, and adaptable qualities, and robust negotiation and presentation skills.
- A drive for results and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A deep connection to the BENELUX region and an insightful understanding of its market and culture.
