**What you’ll do**

In this role, you’ll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in building content around transformation:

- Develop professional looking content material that ensures brand consistency, format, and appeal
- Constantly engage with various business owners across the company to generate, prioritize and update content assets
- Manage multiple content asset generation activities at the same time, ensuring quality needs and deadlines are met
- Vitaly align, exchange with and pro-actively support the different teams in the Customer Transformation Group (CTG)
- Research about transformational market trends and industry benchmarks
- Bring outside-in views, external best practices and identify new transformation-related opportunities and content not only cross board but also outside SAP to enhance the current content repository
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and come up with new ideas for content creation, governance and tools

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excellent PowerPoint and good Excel knowledge required), Project Management skills would be a plus
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills:

**Meet your team**

Located within the People and Operations board area, the SAP Transformation Organization drives execution and transformation of the company’s strategy to build tomorrow’s SAP.
The Customer Transformation Group (CTG) is a team located within the SAP Transformation Organization. The CTG devoted itself to the mission of helping customers succeed on their transformation by sharing the approach, best practices and success stories of SAP´s own transformation journey. The Content Cluster within the CTG aims to identify and build high value and authentic content around transformational activities within SAP to be shared with customers.

What are we doing:

- Organize transformational exchanges to share SAP’s transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach, Techniques, Learnings, Decision Criteria) with customers, partners and internally
- Advise neutrally in transformational topics by acting as a strategic reference to customers and supporting them before, during and after the sales process
- Identify transformation stories, generate content and create presentation materials like storyboards, speaker notes and videos
- Generate various communication material and creative design assets to support internal marketing and other areas within SAP
- Organize transformation events and engage with other SAP areas to train other SAP employees to become CTG speakers
