As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and energetic** Junior Lead Generation Specialist **with a ‘Hunter’ mentality to join our dynamic team **in Stuttgart **on either full-time or part-time basis, in case you´re a student.

**Your contribution to the success story**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce KI Professionals’ services and identify business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cold calling activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls made and qualified leads generated.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
