Research Assistant (M/F/d), EG 13 TV-H, fixed term-position, part-time (currently 20 hours per week)

Part-time position with half the working hours of a full-time employee. This is a fixed term-position of three years with the possibility of extending the contract for a further two years (position for academic qualification corresponding to - 72 HessHG i. V. m. - 2 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WissZeitVG; opportunity for PhD project).
**Tasks**:

- Scientific collaboration in research and teaching in the field of Sustainable Marketing
- Participation in projects and summer schools of the department
- Independent handling of a research subfield at the intersection of marketing, digitalization, and sustainability

**Requirements**:

- Completed academic master degree in Economics, Management, or related disciplines. The required degree must be obtained by the start date and must qualify for a doctorate at the University of Kassel.
- Methods of empirical data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

**Advantages**:

- Knowledge of R, SMARTPLS, or MAXQDA
- Experience in publishing research results in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
