**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Onsite Testing & Commissioning of Auxiliary Systems (e.g. Auxiliary Transformer, Diesel Generators, Storage Batteries, AC & DC Converters
- UPS )
- Onsite Testing & Commissioning of Primary Systems & Components (e.g. Capacitor, Reactors, Resistors, AC & DC Surge Arresters, AC&DC Bushing, Earthing Power Transformers)
- Onsite Testing & Testing & Commissioning of AC MV & LV Switchgear and Distribution Systems (e.g. Switchgears (Sivacon, 8DJH, etc ), Automatic Transfer Switch, LV Distribution Board)
- Onsite Commissioning of AC Measurement Systems, and Marshling Kiosk & Distribution Boxes (e.g. CT, VT, CVT, Voltage Dividers etc )
- Support Open Loop Control ( AC protection work package) and Building Service commissioning activities
- Test Documentation Preparation & Red-marks Submission

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of PLC (e.g. S7) and Programming Languages (CFC).
- Knowledge of Protection Relays & BCU (DIGSI / Siprotec 4/5).
- Knowledge of other products is of Advantage
- Installation, Commissioning, and troubleshooting of Measuring Devices (CT, VT, CVT, Voltage Dividers, etc...)
- Installation, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting of MV/LV Switchgears, Switching Devices and Distribution Panels
- Knowledge of Interlocking
- Knowledge of Test Equipment (e.g. Omicron CMC 356/256, CT Analyzer, CPC 100, DOBLE,...) and Cable Testing Equipment (e.g. Megger )
- Knowledge and understanding of Communication Standards/Systems (e.g. IEC 60870-5-103, IEC61850) will added advantage
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or power system
- 3-5 Work Experience with Electrical Power Distribution System (HV Substation)
- Experience in power system or commissioning
- Able to work independently on a HV Substation
- Coordination and monitoring of schedule and progress for own work area
- Knowledge of Permit to Work Procedure, Lock-Out Tag-Out, and Job Hazard Safety Assessment
- Quality management, change/claim management, and project progress Reporting
- Occupational safety, Fire Fighting, First Aid Training and Accident prevention mind-set

**Desired Skills**:

- Drivers Licence
- Knowledge about handling of Hazard Substances
- Optional Citification for Mobile Elevated Work Platforms
- Optional Offshore training (BOSIET)
- Optional certification for Gas Insulated Primary Equipment’s (SF6 handling certificate)
