Ihre Aufgaben:

- Leitung und Organisation von Entwicklungsprojekten für Anwendungen im Bereich Keramik, Glas und Pulvermetallurgie
- Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Optimierung/ Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Produktpalette des Geschäftsbereiches Keramikhilfsmittel
- Erstellung von Formulierungsrezepturen und Machbarkeitsstudien für Neuentwicklungen
- Technische Unterstützung des Geschäftsbereich Keramik und Zusammenarbeit mit der Anwendungstechnik
- Wettbewerbs
- und Patentbeobachtung im Fachgebiet
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Sicherstellung und Steuerung der erforderlichen Dokumentation und qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie (Master oder Promotion)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im industriellen bzw. akademischen Umfeld der keramischen Industrie
- Hohe Affinität zu technologischen Trends, globalen Marktentwicklungen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Innovations
- und Entwicklungsmethoden sowie agilem Projektmanagement
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung eines produzierenden Unternehmens hinsichtlich der Neu
- und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten unter Beachtung höchster Qualitätsstandards
- Gutes Einfühlungsvermögen in Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement
- Lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige, kooperative und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprache(n) von Vorteil
